Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All items are considered special orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to confirm item availability and fulfill your order. During prom season and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order demand.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will provide you with the estimated backorder date. If the backorder timeframe does not work for you, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a refund. Please note that canceled orders may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear back in your account depending on your financial institution.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • 3 Business Day Shipping: $20
  • 2 Business Day Shipping: $40

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for customers needing their orders sooner. Please note that expedited shipping speeds apply after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delays, weather delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Miau The Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. Miau The Label is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
